Influence: Abbreviated Introduction

Influence is a space strategy Massively Multiplayer Online (MMO) game developed by Unstoppable Games Inc. Influence takes a ‘game-first’ approach that prioritizes the economy by enabling a Play-plus-Earn strategy. Influence is poised to be an immersive Play/Earn MMO fully playable on the Ethereum blockchain. The game is integrated with Ethereum Layer-2 solution StarkNet to achieve scale and low-cost transactions.      

The gameplay in Influence revolves around Adalia System, an asteroid belt with 250k finite number of exploitable asteroids, and the players compete through multiple avenues in Adalia, including mining, building, trading, researching, and fighting. Everyone interacts in the Adalia 3-dimensional (3D) universe through third-person control of ships and the installations they build.  

The game is still under active and early development. However, a working alpha with limited features is currently available on Ethereum’s Goerli Network and mainnet. The initial set of Asteroids and the crewmates have now been minted and available on Opensea. The first full release of the game is expected to be in 2022.           

SWAY (Standard Weighted Adalian Yield) tokens function as the in-game currency in Influence. The token is fairly distributed based on active ecosystem participation. The development team envisions several governance components to be community handled in the future via a governance token.  

Unique game assets of Influence are: 

• Asteroids: in-game Land assets (NFTs)
• In-game items (spaceships, crew, resources as NFTs) 
• In-game resources (raw material, refined material as Semi-fungible tokens)
